• Front Desk Staffed 24 hours / 7 days
• Keycard Access to Building Entrances, Community Amenities, and Student Units
• Two Monitored Entrances
• Security Cameras Inside and Outside the Building
• Individually Locked Bedrooms
• Fire Alarms and Emergency Exits

Attached parking is provided at the Riverfront Center Parking Garage located directly behind the residence hall. Additional parking is available at the J.W. Rutherford Ramp located on Kearsley and Saginaw less than one block from Riverfront Residence Hall.
